Chief Executive Officer
Scott has built his career on companies and teams that put patients and the clinicians who care for them at the center, and he has built them to grow. High growth and high access go together in his view, because reaching more families is the whole point. He is known for taking pediatrics somewhere new, pressing the envelope in service of better care and a genuinely differentiated experience for every child we see.
Chief Operating Officer
Hakan is our operator. He makes sure we execute, innovate, and scale to excellence, with patients and clinicians at the center of every decision and integrity in everything we do. He brings a track record of using technology, AI, and data to move healthcare forward, and he applies it here to make excellent care more consistent and more available to more families.
Chief Clinical Officer
Charlene is our lead clinician and a national champion for children, for the clinicians who care for them, and for value based care. She keeps us a clinician focused organization even as we have become the largest pediatrics business in the country. Her commitment runs to children from every walk of life, and she drives access for all of them, regardless of where they live or who covers their care.
Chief Growth Officer
Mike wakes up every day focused on one question: how do we reach more children? He leads our growth across payer partnerships, business development, and new clinic openings. Few people know pediatrics the way Mike does. He has relationships with pediatric practices across the country, and he brings that network here so more practices, and more families, can find a home with us. To Mike, growth is never just a number. It is one more community where a parent can get their child seen by a pediatrician who knows them.

Janelle leads our people, and in a company like ours that is the whole game. Our people are the lifeblood of this organization. In pediatrics, our people are the product: the pediatrician who takes the time to listen, the front desk team that finds an appointment today, the nurse who remembers a child’s name. She is here to make this the place those people want to spend their careers.
General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer
April makes sure we do things right, always. She holds the standard on ethics, compliance, privacy, and the trust families place in us when they hand over their child’s care. That standard is what allows a company growing this fast to keep earning that trust, every day, in every clinic.

Amanda leads brand, communications, and patient engagement for a growth-oriented company that measures growth by the number of families it serves well. She is focused on making every interaction, from the first phone call to the last well visit, one a parent would want to tell a friend about.
