For Alvin Shireman, Pediatric Associates has been part of his story for nearly his entire life.
Alvin first came to Pediatric Associates as a patient, receiving care from Dr. Peter Shulman from infancy through adolescence. Years later, his connection to the organization came full circle when he joined Pediatric Associates Family of Companies as a Senior Clinician Recruiter.
Today, Alvin helps recruit the physicians and advanced practice providers who will care for the next generation of patients and families across PAFC.
His experience gives him a unique perspective on that work. He knows firsthand the impact a trusted clinician can have on a child and family — and now helps identify clinicians who share that commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
